What is out there, and how it all runs.
Every element in the yard — each arch, each strand on the mega tree, each pixel in the matrix — is its own channel. Sequencing means deciding what every one of them does, frame by frame, for the length of a song.
The finished sequence is handed to the show controller, which runs the playlist on a schedule and keeps the lights locked to the audio going out over the FM transmitter. That is why what you hear in the car lines up with what you see in the yard.
The panel in the yard is a pixel matrix driven by the same controller. Messages sent from this site are queued, checked, and scrolled across it between songs. There is a short cooldown so one person cannot hold the panel all evening.
